Ricado was an excellent massage therapist! He did a great job listening to me and I felt so rejuvenated after my massage. The receptionist when I was checking in and out was very friendly as well. It seemed like she was training some new people and she was doing a great job at providing excellent customer service while teaching others.

she told me everything she was going to do. she also would tap my shoulder everytime she was going to touch my face so i wouldn't be scared when something is on my face all of a sudden. i felt so relaxed when i was on my way back i fell asleep!!

We had a spa party. I was in charge of scheduling the date and time for everyone and coordinating the event. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by name and a room was ready for us to sit privately while waiting. There was barely a wait for any of us other than between services. Some of us had massages, some had facials, and a few had both!! It was an absolutely amazing experience for all!! We drove nearly an hour to get to the spa in Liberty, MO. It's all we talked about on the way home!! Great experience, great place and great people! Will return for another spa party in a few weeks!! My daughter and I each have a membership to the Liberty, MO spa and will continue to visit often!

It is always clean. The staff is always helpful, and nice. My appointments always go really well.
