Ricardo did an excellent job determining what my body needed. I was breathing deeply in about 30 seconds. My body and mind felt refreshed.

The facility is ALWAYS very clean. I appreciate always being asked if I need to use the bathroom before my service since I tend to forget sometimes. I am a huge fan of Francois that I always go too. Ricardo is an amazing massage therapist also.

I love the convenience of location. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I always leave feeling pampered.

Everyone there was very friendly n good attitude. I loved getting facial, felt clean n relaxing. I love that my esthetician knew my oil face and what type of products I need to start using :)

I was scheduled promptly. The service was provided by a sincere talented therapist named Candace. I feel it was overpriced for a 50-minute massage. $120 plus I added a tip. I'm not a member but I wouldn't use it frequently enough to invest in an annual membership. I believe myself and others would frequent Hand and Stone if it was more affordable and it didn't involve a membership.
