During my massage my therapist asked me a couple times if the pressure was okay. I appreciated that because it made it easy for me to have him make adjustments.

At the time of scheduling appt. staff were very helpful describing what steps the spa has taken to ensure a healthy experience. Paige was very helpful in suggesting products and type of service for my next appointment.

I was glad when the store could reopen. I definitely missed this service. Every time I interact with all the staff, they are warm and friendly.

Marsha did an amazing job. She really worked to ease some long-time knots in my back. She was professional and kind. I appreciated that clients are waiting in their cars and that masks are being worn at this time of COVID19. Also, she washed her hands in front of me. This made me feel comfortable in returning to Hand & Stone.
