Every employee I interacted with was very pleasant. I'm a retail manager in the service industry and have fairly high expectations, and every one of them was met. I have a great appreciation for people who are good at their jobs and appear to enjoy them, so I was particularly pleased with this experience. Francois (not sure on the spelling) was fantastic. We had great rapport and I got to enjoy a really relaxing, much needed facial.

I have been in twice and both times I was warmly greeted and taken care of. Everyone I encountered was very nice and I could tell that customer service was an inportant part of their job.

Loretta was professional, friendly, and concerned about my specific needs. She customized a specific massage regimen to target my specific requests. She used the pressure I requested and focused on relieving my pain successfully.

Loretta was amazing, she worked all of the stress and kinks out of me!! I'd recommend her to anyone! She applied the right amount of pressure and asked if it was too much or not enough--she made me feel like what I had to say mattered! I'd definitely book her again!

a couple of suggestions....leave overhead off when any customer is on the table before and after their service....It was blinding as I was laying there before estheciation came in and then when my session was over....it was all soothing and relaxing and then she turned on the light over head and blinded me and it took away from the rest and peacefulness of the session. Also, there was a 6 minute wait time for the mask time to dry further. She had massaged my arms and hands in an ok fashion....but using those 6 minutes for more shoulders or neck or even the scalp.would have been more enhanced and enjoyable.

its the second time that I have been in there, I signed up for a membership the first time I was there. The massage therapist was very kind. asked what I did for work and hit some target areas. it was so good and relaxing both times I feel asleep. amazing and I cant wait to come back. I was also given some aftercare tips.
