I booked the appointment because I had a gift certificate and 3 days of a headache that wouldn’t go away. By the time the massage was over my headache was gone and didn’t return!

Got called back a little late. Cost is more than other spas I've visited. Had some problems with my gift cards. They did make it right and fixed everything so I appreciate that.

For one? It took me over a year and a half to accumulate all these packages, then I only have three months to use them up!!! I lost 3 one hour pkgs, not happy about that ! Due to economy I can not afford to stay on your program, the cost is too much. The massage therapists are great. Your receptionist could use some training! Some are either new or something! And if I use two pkgs for an 90 min massage, you need to be told that you could use hot stones to fill the rest of the money!

My favorite Esthetician - Francoise is no longer employed by H & S. She was the best, even though Rue was fine this appt, I'd been coming a while to Francoise. The prices keep going up for add on services. I don't think spending $130-$150 for a 45 min treatment is a great value. I've tried to buy your products in the lobby, they're outrageously priced. Also no one ever has explained the rewards point system to me, I educated myself via your website online. The only time the rewards program was brought up recently, was when I inquired about canceling my longtime membership, I was told I would lose all my 6000+ reward points.
