It wasn’t that I was not highly satisfied. It was my first time in a long time. The therapist was great, I didn’t do a good job verbalizing my needs.

In the past I have been very pleased with the H and S ethician's work on my eyebrows. I had a different person at my most recent visit and, while friendly, she didn't take nearly the time to really clean up and sculpt my brows. (Speaking from my previous experiences with H & S) When I got home I had to pluck some that she missed. And...$25 for a 10 minute service is very steep. Prices must have increased--I don't recall paying that last time. All in all...disappointed.

The massage therapist I had been seeing left and the one I had was very nice. However I was very the first person she had ever used the gliding cupping on. I will probably not ask for cupping again

I wasn’t told that I had to use two packages for each person , that’s four pkgs, for a 90 massage. My thoughts would be it only should have been 3 pkgs. Or I should have been offered an add on since I was having to use another pkg! Girls working in front should have spoken up!!!! Or when I booked it, I should have been asked.

My original therapist was not available to in to still get in I had to have a different therapist. I had never had her before and her methods were very different from what I have experienced before. She also didn’t really ask for feedback or focus on the areas I brought to her attention. It wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had but it wasn’t great.

I was informed my regular therapist was no longer employed there & I tried to schedule with another therapist that did deep tissue, but then had calls to reschedule twice before I actually got an appointment. The therapist was very nice, but not enough pressure for me.

I only like Stephanie and Destiny as my therapist. They are not always available when I need appointments for back pain. I have tried other therapist and I didn’t like them. My cousin and I only prefer Stephanie as our therapist. She has more knowledge and great therapist. 2nd choice is Destiny. She was good too. But we like Stephanie more. Also I’m allergic to strong smells. But staff was understanding and changed my room. I would love to continue membership as long you have good therapist. Thanks

I was disappointed they did not honor my gift cards that are on file and I had to pay $120 out of pocket when I had 2 gift cards that I had forgotten. They never asked for the cards before.

I tried the app which I probably won't do again. I did not get a follow-up/pre-appointment call. Nor did the app ask me what type/pressure I wanted for my massage.
