The only issue that happened for me was during checkout. It was only an internet issue though. It took awhile, but under that is was nobody’s fault.

I just didn’t like facials in general I guess. I never had one. She said my skin is in great condition so I don’t really need it regularly. Plus I got super anxious with a towel wrapped over my face. Just not my thing. No worries.

I was not aware that my monthly massages were contingent on my auto payment being pulled from my account on a certain date. I made my appointment for a few days before.i assumed my month began on the first, every month.

I had a gift card that I thought I could use for a massage at the introductory price since I was a new customer, so I added on a couple of add-ons to use up the gift card. When I went to pay, I was told that the gift card was purchased for the regular massage rate so I had to pay out of pocket for the add-ons. I don't understand why I can't use the gift card the way I want to as a new customer. Other than that, the massage was great. I just think this confusion probably happens a lot and that they should change their policy.

overall, I was very satisfied with all aspects of Hand and Stone Massage. Massage Therapist forgot one of my hands and only massaged one of them, but she was very talented and I’m sure that was just an accident.

I had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The folks next door were soooo loud. It made it hard to really relax. Everything else was perfect!

I rarely rate anything as highly satisfying. I enjoyed my massage and therapist. I have scheduled for my next massage in two weeks.

During my facial, the aesthetician just sat there as the mask said she did not do any massage, which is what typically I’ve encountered

My last appointment was reduced to 60 mins due to a scheduling conflict on your part. I made the 90 min appointment at my last appointment 4 weeks prior. No compensation or was offered, nor given for this error on your part. I was also notified less than 2 hours prior to my arrival for this appointment.
