It is not easy to include flexibility when you are herded through a mandatory set schedule.

It was a great massage, but the lady barely spoke English, the music was way too quiet, and I tried to book an appointment for my husband with one of my packages and I reached the 3 limit already which is ridiculous. I pay for the packages, I should be able to use them how I want.

The massage therapist was very pleasant and focused on my problem areas. My only issue is that someone was banging around and slamming cabinet doors in the room next door. At one point I literally flinched because it was so loud, it was disruptive to what Jessica was doing.

I dont believe my concerns were looked when I filled out the forms. Something on her hand was scratching me. Heard hallway noise

This is the first time I'm receiving one of these surveys. I had been highly satisfied with my service prior to changing to a massage therapist, Ricardo. Ricardo hurt me while on the table by forcefully pushing my foot backwards. I screamed out and then he tried to gaslight me into believing the pain was just pressure while he talked about how tight and inflexible I was in my ankles. I had a prior injury to my foot (where I broke multiple bones) and it never healed properly. That foot and ankle are problematic and have been since I was a teenager (there's nothing the doctors can do about it). I told a manager about my experience a week or so later when she called to ask if I wanted to spend my points. There was no manager available for me to talk to that day (she was busy/on the phone, and I was in a rush and wanted to get out of there!). She said sorry, and that was it. I let them know to never book me with Ricardo again since he doesn't ask before doing things like that. No part of any other massage I've gotten has ever pushed my foot backward into my ankle. I do see another massage therapist now, Stephanie, who is excellent.

This was my first visit. I had asked for medium pressure. For most part, it was fine but felt some of techniques were very vanilla and basic. I do look forward to future appointments and will try other therapists

Dislike that prices went up for membership. Website does not make it easy to book more than one appointment at a time if want to go with spouse at same time for specific massage therapists.

the facial was good, but felt kind of rushed. My biggest concern was that I felt like I was being rushed to leave. My facial was one hour long and supposed to end at 6pm, but it was completely over by 5:54pm sharp…

I just think to rate something as highly satisfied. They would need to go above and beyond normal services. I think the staff at the liberty store does a good job period
