Nice place and people, just a little crowded and busy and you could hear others through the walls which impacted the relaxation of the experience.

During my massage there was ambient noise from construction next door. While Obviously it couldn’t be helped, it did contribute to my inability to fully relax until the noise stopped

It just took too long and I felt like focused too much on one area and I didn’t get the back of legs rubbed because too much time on back and neck, feels amazing though

Front desk staff could have been nicer and mire personable. They seemed rushed and strictly bu the book. Massage was excellent. Sherri was excellent. She will definitely be the reason I return.

Original appt date could not be kept, and there was a mix up in rebook. Could only get a 60 minute massage, but not the fault of venue as massage therapist only had a 60 minute spot. I never got told until this appt how many points I had and was offered to use them...good job to that employee!

The message felt great during the process but afterwards it left me feeling sore, rather than relaxed.
