I think there is always room for improvement, however I think this is a great spa. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

The receptionists were not very friendly and not very attentive/helpful in answering the questions we had. Was not aware of any member rewards??

The turnover rate of therapists is too high to depend on someone who works well with your body. There is no down time between massages, so if someone takes longer to get dressed, you get a shorter massage.

Had some breakouts a couple of days after the facial and some redness.

My biggest issue was the pushing of the products. That just is not for me. I also was confused when I had to pay money when I was told that the amount of my cards was the same. The providers were great at what they did I just don’t like pushing people to buy things and I was confused about the gift cards.

Know they have to allow for dressing time but think service was under 45 minutes.

This was the first time I had gone. The massage was fantastic and the staff was good but I was really looking forward to the hot stone massage and they forgot to do it. I asked about it after they had said I was done. They did comp it for me but I was genuinely very excited and was let down. Hopefully next time I go they can do it for me.

It was a really good experience. A massage therapist was not available who had medium to firm pressure and that was ok. I just needed in because my neck was incredibly stiff. Anything was going to help at that moment. And, honestly, it is frustrating that I find a therapist I like and the next month when I go to book, they are gone.

Paloma is wonderful and can tell the areas that most need work. I feel like Hand and Stone almost runs customers through like cattle though.
