I now know I do not like firm pressure. Lol. He did what he was asked to do but it was less relaxing and more intense.

Time spent including undressing/redressing and facial was about 45 minutes. Facial was great but not the amount of time I felt like I paid for.

I never give a perfect rating…

The services are over priced. Appointments canceled w/o giving me notice. Only receive 50 minutes hands on time with a 60 minute appointment.

My massage therapist was very knowledgeable, but the conversation relating to my profession made me feel somewhat unwelcome/uncomfortable. Additionally, I believe that $70 for a massage is reasonable, but that is considered your "discounted rate."

I did not get the massage therapist I requested and I don’t think the person identified herself as such. She did not seem as confident although it was a good massage.

To be given a highly satisfied rating it would have to have been exceptional, and I don’t think it was that. The reception area and massage rooms are okay, nothing exceptional. The actual massage time was closer to 45-50 minutes, not 1 hour which I thought that was what is was supposed to be?

The appointment was running behind but I wasn’t aware of that. The pressure wasn’t right (but that’s on me). I always feel like more time is needed to address my problem areas!

She was lovely. Very nice and seemed knowledgeable. She told me as I asked what she was using on my face. I thought when we went out to the waiting room she would show me what she used and how much it was. I was ready to buy it all! But she just said thank you and left the room. And the front desk just cared about selling me a membership which I may have done after my purchase. Maybe I was her last one and she wanted to leave. I won't come back. She was very good though. I thought there would be more interaction. Thank you! Kris
