Abigail was very friendly and took the time to make sure I could find the earrings I was looking for! I enjoyed looking at all the options and she even gave me recommendations on where to find some clothes I was looking for later on.

I went to the Woodland Hills store in hopes to exchange my recently purchased bracelet for a larger size. The sales staff was very helpful in letting me try several sizes with added charms so I could find the right fit. She also showed me a "trick" to get the new infinity bracelet on my arm by myself. I was very happy with my service and now love my new bracelet.

It was really fast and efficient. They satisfied my need and when it wasn’t there went out of their way to find it.
