Abigal was the only sales clerk in the store the day I went as 2 others had called in and were not coming. She allowed customers to enter 1 at a time, assisted that customer then allowed the next customer in line to enter the store. She was very patient and knowledgeable of the product

The staff was very informative and helped me find the email I use so I could use my coupon with 20% off. They also told me about the warranty for a year on purchases which I did not know. I am new to Pandora as my friend bought me my first bracelet and charms for my birthday last year.
