Our sales associate, Waleah, was very friendly and patient with my grandson who was purchasing a present for his mother. She knew the merchandise well, and the location in the store. The overall experience was extremely pleasant. Abigail, another sales associate was absolutely amazing. She remembered me from a previous visit and made wonderful suggestions. Her warmth and welcoming demeanor made us feel grateful that we were there!

Jason was extremely helpful and be even went as far as to help us pick out the exact set we purchased. He then completed the transaction in a timely manner and allowed us more time to browse!

Great customer service

Roshita helped both me and my husband. She found a gift for me. Showed bands to my husband. And even after we said we weren't getting the bands today, she still took time with my to recommend a gift for my sister. As a result, the next time I come back in the store, I'll probably be spending 5 times as much.

I went to the store to look around to entertain the idea of buying something from Pandora. I ended walking out with a set rings!! Abigail was very helpful and I highly recommend her for anyone’s needs. Will come back to look at some earrings :)!
