Cato the associate looked through the entire store trying to find my size. Was energetic and patient throughout looking and not finding my size, measuring and testing different size to make sure i had the right fit. Was very helpful when i changed my experience to a new bracelet and charm, he offered to order me one to the store because the orginal style i wanted was out but when i asked about another one he was able to have one in-store. He taught us how to clean and keep up with the bracelet and polished the new charm.

I loved my experience I will be returning my ring to get a smaller fit but other than that it was great experience I went in the store looking crazy with my 2 kids trying to find a ring and I didnt feel judged or anything they seem helpful and willing to help me you don't get customer service like that always especially when my kids where running around they even said hello to them the I think manager was very knowledgeable about the rings she even had few of them on which I liked everything was a awesome shopping experience
