Both ladies working were very kind and helpful. I was shopping for rings with my boyfriend and they offered suggestions and seemed happy to be helping us. A+ on experience because of these ladies. Also, the store was beautiful and very clean.

I love pandora the sales lady or the best

The store was clean and bright. The selection was impressive (almost overwhelming). Fortunately, I had brought my wife in previously to point out what she liked.

I was greeted the moment I walked into the shop. I just wanted to exchange a ring I received as a gift for a smaller size. The sales clerk was very nice and friendly, she wanted to make sure I was happy with my new ring. I exchanged the ring and was finished in about 10 minutes. That was quick and easy! And very timely as I was on my one hour lunch break! I even had time to look around the shop on my way out! Thank you for re-opening a shop in woodland Hills Mall! I will return, as well as my daughter's for our Pandora needs.

The girl that helped me was so patient and kind. She did a good job.

I appreciated the time Elaine spent with me. She wanted to make sure I had exactly what I liked. She went with several different sizes to get the perfect one for me. She helped me feel creative and unique.
