There was only one option for the January birthstone and I did not like it. The free charm bonus offered because I spent X-amount was not my taste and there was not an alternative option or choice of discount over the charm, etc.

I was to receive a free charm if I spent $125. I spent $125. They had ran out of the charm that they had advertised for free. They gave me a different one. It was $20 cheaper than the one that was advertised.

I felt pressured to buy something I did not want to purchase. When I did not purchase it the associate made me feel bad about myself.

At first I cane in to buy a bracelet she took forever trying to fix charms on them and then asked other associates who then told her these charms are not for this bracelet. She didn't know these products. She then kept trying to up sell me stuff for over 250 dollars which I didn't want. She still kept trying even when I made it clear. I then asked to open a credit card and she started the procedure it got stuck half way and I had to talk to someone on the phone to identify myself. That caused them to ask for a hard inquiry on my credit which unfortunately put my credit score in jeopardy. I left the store pretty upset and they didn't even apologize and the sales associates just looked at each other and started making faces to each other thinking I wouldn't notice.

The prices are high. Would like the charms to be less expensive. Rose gold bracelets can tarnish.

I LOVE the Essence Collection, and was disappointed that there aren't very many options for this line anymore. To me, it looks like that collection is being discontinued. I wear my Essence bracelet everyday with one bead, and stacked with two other bracelets. While I have at least 12 beads for it, I like new choices to change it up. I also bought my daughter-in-law an Essence bracelet last summer with the pearl bead and black faceted spinal bead. I want to buy her more beads over time for her Essence bracelet, as she likes wearing it with one bead like I do. The Essence Collection is great because of the silicone inside the beads to keep them in place. I wish Pandora would continue the line!

The associate was not very knowledgeable. She had to ask the manager questions and then quoted me the wrong price. I was not offered a box for my charm since I added it to my current bracelet. She did not know how the safety chain worked. I was not offered a cleaning. This experience lacked to all my other experiences. I have three Pandora bracelets full of charms so this is NOT the norm.
