I was highly satisfied with my visit because the employees were very helpful. If I might’ve caused troubles they didn’t really care. Also, they helped me choose a ring within my budget :D.

Ring had a set fall out, had wore very little

They did not have the item in store even though their system said they had the item in stock

There were 3 staff members, no other customers. They were indifferent, unenthusiastic and not very helpful. No suggestions, little energy and transactional.

I asked about my Mickey Mouse charm that is changing colors and Kate or Katie the manager said it just needs cleaning. I ask Victoria could she clean it so I would know if that was the issue she replied you can use dawn n a toothbrush and clean it. I replied so you all don’t make sure your customers are satisfied. She didn’t respond I have spent so much money with Pandora and never been treated like that

The sales associate that helped me didn’t like the fact that I was going to exchange a ring. She looked annoyed.

There was a sale spend more than $135 and get a free bracelet. When i did i was told i have to apply for a credit card which i was not informed before hand very unprofessional

I came into pandora to buy some rings. I have always shopped at pandora for my jewelry. I was taken to the ring booth by a employee by the name of Brock. I told him my size and he brought out the tray. I proceeded to look and I asked a price of a ring. He didn’t know the price so he pulls out the book to look for the ring price. As he is looking through the book he proceeds to say “I should know the price of this ring cause all the basic girls that look like you get one” at first I wasn’t even thinking how disrespectful his statement was. He told me the price and I even got a second ring. I checked out and left. After leaving I felt so disrespected and I cannot even wear the ring without thinking of his statement. I will be returning my rings tomorrow and I will never be shopping at pandora again.
