Brock went above and beyond to help me get the Disney 100 collectible bracelet and charm as well as the Mickey Mouse Jewelry box. When I originally went in to purchase it they were out of my size and didn't have the jewelry box. He took my name and number and called me when they got some in. I went to pick it up and he made sure I got all my boxes as well as the certificates. He is one of Pandora's true gems.
