I purchased a ring in the wrong measurement online and went in-store to exchange it for the correct size. Once inside, I was immediately attended to by Brock, who promptly went through the exchange process. The whole visit was effortless and all the staff were very polite.

Brock the associate was friendly when I entered the store. When Brock was getting the keys to the cabinet, another associate was friendly towards me. The staff was knowledgeable about the products.
