Every time I visit the Tulsa store, Avery goes above and beyond to help me. The customer service at this store is amazing.

When I came to the store, I had in mind what I wanted already. I checked my pandora wishlist when unfortunately, it had been cleared so I told the associate, Avery, what I was looking for and she pulled all the charms out for me. I was only in the store for about 15 minutes which was great because I was on a time crunch.

I had such an incredible experience, and I’m highly satisfied because of how interactive and helpful Abigail was. She knew exactly what I wanted and even recommended the product based on her own purchase in the past.

My sales person was very kind and my my shopping experience fun. When I asked about specific pieces, she showed me the color options of those pieces. She was not pushy and that’s greatly appreciated!

I had actually went into this store last week and no one even spoke to me. I left displeased. I did want a bracelet I wanted to see in person so I went back. Brock and another male associate were so helpful. He really told me everything I wanted to know. I was not going to continue with filling my new bracelet with in store purchases but Brocks attitude and attention total changed my mind. If I see him when I am in the mall I will be stopping in. I am so glad I finally found a guy that knows what customer service means.

The sales associate was very customer centric, and created a warm and inviting vibe.

I knew what I wanted when I went into the store but let Abigail take creative control when designing my bracelets. I love all three of my bracelets. Pandora has a great team working there!
