Hi, for many year I bought Pandora product in several locations in the metropolitan area of Puerto Rico. Even when a was a regular client in other store, I never received the quality of service as the service of the store in Mall of San Juan. It is not the location, but the employees that work there. From the Manager to the regular employees. They received you with a smile, take the time to know what you like and what you want. Of course their goal is to sell but they do their best to make you feel nice about your experience even if you only buy 1 thing that is on discount. Even when you were in line outside of the store, the past around to let you know that they are aware you are waiting. This is my favorite store because their employees know the difference between just selling and sell something with quality service.

Merchandise I was looking was available but it was on the storage area of the store, still not in display and the sales associate was so nice that she look for it at storage. She and the Manager gave me the complete information of the collection (100 Disney anniversary) and more. I end up buying more pieces from other collection
