The staff is very oriented to a good customer experience, so nice and kind! Great experience to share! I checked by phone before visit the store if the merchandise was available and they were so nice!!!

I was highly satisfied because all the store associates were really friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. I did not speak Spanish that well and they were able to still assist me and communicate clearly. I was visiting Puerto Rico for the first time, the associates were able to educate me on the history of their island and the charms that were specific to their island. They also gave me plenty of tourist ideas. The associates were all around very helpful and showed a lot of patience as I asked so many questions.

Upon my arrival, all the employees greeted me. I was looking for a key ring holder and they (Deborah and Gisela) showed me all the options. Based on my car keyless entry remote, we tried each one. Finally, I bought the best that fits my remote and also a cleaner set.
