Easy to view all merchandise, clean store and friendly associates

Everyone was super nice and helpful. Great location for the store I enjoyed going into the new store! And last but not least I love buying charms for my bracelet!!

There was nothing wrong during my visit. However, there was nothing exceptional that happened that would qualify for a highly satisfied rating. That is why I selected just "satisfied". No one went above and beyond.

For the most part, I was highly satisfied. There is always room for improvement. I'm a new collector so I'm not completely sure what to expect really.
