Nothing to do with the store it had more to do with my sizing and something not fitting correctly but the associate insisted on that product being the right one but once I was home it wasn’t correct.

The person doing our order didn’t add one of our items in the box. We had to come back and get it. They got upset and didn’t think we were telling the truth

The service was great friendly staff. I was very satisfied with everything I was only disappointed they did not have more beauty and the beast items.Everything else was great.

Didn’t feel one salesperson understood what we were trying to accomplish with the buy two get one free since the salesperson that checked us out seemed to have no problem. First salesperson said no you can’t do that... you’d have to buy another another to get a third again free... we still got the charms we wanted and didn’t have to buy another three. Maybe miscommunication.

I absolutely love adding to my charm bracelet. Although my sales associate was pushing for me to buy everything I liked, I was happy I built up tolerance to tone her out.

Very good but I was told I will get the receipt on my email and I never did. I Like for someone to send it to me.

Saw an employee working whom I’ve an issue with prior. I was never contacted about said issue. Still waiting to be contacted.

The sales associate was very informed on their merchandise but pushed items I did not want on to me when I was looking for specific ones.
