Item had wrong price on it, sales person told me we just stick them on there price is on the back? I Said how am I suppose to see the price on the back she basically said this is the price on the back

While in pandora I usually like to speak to the guy that works there since he is nicer but when these two girls are working I don't even bother because when I went to buy a ring they gave me attitude and I was asking questions and they had given me an answer but in a rude tone.

Aunque el servicio de Monica E quien fue quien nos atendió estuvo bien y fue amable. Estuvimos muy insatisfechas con otra persona que trabaja en pandora por la manera que nos habló y su respuesta a mi pregunta de atención y de una consulta que le pedí fue cortante y nada amable y sarcastica. Y esto no deve pasar en la atención al cliente. Gracias

I went to return a purchase that I bought 3/12/19 because I was having trouble with putting it on and out on the bracelet. So I went to returned it today and the store manager ( blonde hair, heavy set lady) was not happy about it. The sales associate Vidal was nice and took time to help me but the manager was not professional at all from the beginning. While I was done with the return, I decided to look for another bracelet for my daughter and I but I wanted same Charm that I returned. She was helping another customer and she made and interrupted the conversation of Vidal and I and said “ I will not allow you to re-buy the same items that you just returned and wants to get the sale price, I know what your are trying to do is to buy the same bracelet”. Which it was not the same bracelet and there was just same charms. We were just there to return the bracelet that were we’re having trouble with it. So she accused us of trying to re-buy it so we could get the sale price! So I will never go back again to that store because of the lack of respect for my decisions. I Suggest that manager should have more training on customer service because she lacks professionalism
