Back in November 2021 I made an online purchase during a sale. I purchased 5 charms & when I received my order the box was sealed & empty with nothing but a shipping label inside it. I tried calling various times (about 7) & no one did anything about it. I never got a call back either from any of your representatives. I STILL have the box in the form it was received along with the shipping label. I would love for someone to reach out to me in regards to this

associate was not very well informed about products, a 2nd associate then stepped in, suggested a certain item only to find out that the item was not in my size, didnt really try to research if something else could be provided

Will not be purchasing from employee Kyra B. Employee number 172938. Was not pleasant upon entering, was very rude the entire time we were being customer serviced by her, no regards to her actions.

This was my 2nd trip to this store within 4 days. Purchased over $300 both times. The 1st time was at 830pm before closing and the staff was amazing, i was able to get 3 free bracelets. I purchased additional$300 + again and was told i was no longer allowed to get even one free bracelet. It is not started anywhere there was restrictions. The sales person was not willing to make exception since its not posted anywhere. I was not told that at my last purchase. In fact i was only 40 short last time to get my 4th bracelet but i didnt need it at the time. I wasnt looking to get 3 free bracelets based on what was advertised but one would have been nice. I will limit my shopping in this store as I didnt feel like the sales person even cared about me being dissatisfied. Thank you.
