Jennifer is the epitome of what a Pandora representative should be, and is a delight to work with for every purchase. Her knowledge, professionalism, and sweet spirit is such a gem in today’s retail environment. This store will always be a success as long as Jennifer is there! Collecting Pandora charms is very new to me. Both times I have shopped at this store the associates really took their time showing me items. They showed me what a difference it is to put a charm on your bracelet! I went in with one in mind to buy but after seeing it on my bracelet I ended up going in a completely different direction. The one I had in mind and decided against, lead me to buying 2 charms :) LOL

The sales associate was super friendly and got to know each other a little bit. And her and her supervisor called another store to see if they had a charm in stock and held it for me! If I lived in town, I would definitely return!

This was my second visit. The sales associate remembered me from a few months ago when I was shopping and recalled that I was trying to decide between a Pandora gold bracelet and a David Yurman gold bracelet. She was very kind and helpful, never pushy. She ordered the bracelet I needed swiftly and called the owner to ensure it would arrive by the end of the week.

Veronika was really helpful! She showed me all of the new charms that were available as well as different options for bracelets I was considering for my niece. I appreciate the time she took with me to find what I think will be the perfect gift!
