I experienced a remarkable exchange between co-workers. I came on Friday, and one salesperson helped and another on Saturday. I purchased items on Saturday. The second salesperson split the $200 sale. Genuine kindness by the first salesperson

Associate highly knowledgeable and gave me suggestions. When I told her I hated your bracelets—too difficult to get on/off by yourself; which caused me not to be able to wear them much (I have 3); she showed me a new style clasp that is perfect. I can now hook the bracelet and will wear it much more often. I also wish all your stores carried “state specific” charms. That is what I bought here; another of your stores didn’t have any. Makes my bracelet personal to me when you have this.

Came in to repair clasp on bracelet, bracelet was replaced with bo problems. Staff was very nice. Manager helped me right away.

Destiny was just a delight. That poor girl had to show me just about every option before I finally settled on my purchase- and she did it with a smile. She was just lovely and better yet knew all about each option I looked at. Really appreciated her and was grateful she was the one to help me.

I was greeted by all three sales ladies upon my entrance. I asked to trade something I purchased the day before and was allowed with a smile on her face. She showed me immediately what I wanted and made additional suggestions.
