I came in to look. Because the salesperson was so knowledgeable and friendly I bought a beautiful necklace. Will be back.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me merchandise that was new and coming in and gave me options on a sit.

Jen always notifies me of promotions and new merchandise. The salespeople are knowledgeable and friendly. Jen offered to order an item that she didn’t have in the store.

The associate was extremely nice - we came in between 6:30 and 7:00 - I had to come in after work and needed the gift right away. She found the item that I really wanted, and the transaction was smooth and quick. I happened to mention an issue that I had with a gift bead that I had gotten for Christmas and after looking it up and examining the bead, she determined that I could have a replacement rather than send for repair. I was elated! My husband was grumbling because he didn't want to be there but she was wonderful and even he commented how nice they were and how they always make it easy for him to purchase gifts I love. The salesperson was Eliza B and she was terrific.
