I started a Pandora bracelet for my neighbor and I wanted to add a charm for her. When I entered the store I was greeted by two very friendly and professional employees who offered me immediate service. They made recommendations, showed me appropriate charms, and handled the sale quickly and efficiently. It was a very positive experience. Thank you.

The salespeople and pleasant and knowledgeable. The store is clean and welcoming. They have a great inventory and will order anything they don’t have in store.

the sales associate was very helpful and friendly. the only problem i had was the associate ask me for my ID when i paid with my credit card. the customer before me paid with her card and she did not ask to see her ID. I understand its was for my protection, however it should be done across the board. I don't want to make it a black or white issue however the lady was white and I'm black. the sales associate was very nice i just did like what took place.

The associate was willing to help me find what I want it even though I did not have a number to go with the item I was trying to describe. She even called the downtown Charleston store where I originally saw the item and described it to the other associate.
