The sales people helped us as soon as we walked in the store. She helped me pick out charms for the occasion I was buying them for. I was very happy with my purchase and the help I recieved.

I walked into the store feeling discouraged because it was the third attempt to find the right gift. I visited Reeds Jewelry where I was made to feel like I was bothering the staff. I discovered I could purchase Pandora direct so journeyed to the Mount Pleasant store. The team there welcomed me and assisted me with my purchase. My sales rep was patient and knowledgeable. She recommended some great pieces. I made my selections and completed my purchase. I will be returning to this store.
