The sales clerk and manager were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This store in Mount Pleasant SC is one that I visit during my trips to the Isle of Palms, SC. It is always a pleasant experience with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Love the selection and customer service is outstanding

My experience was excellent. I would like to make a comment: I was very dissapointed that the special Christmas charm with ornament was not available. Every year I have purchased two special charms as a collection for my wife and my daughter. It became something special. This year just pick from a selection. You had a GOOD thing going!
