Sales people were very friendly and eager to help. They answered all questions. Cared about the person not the sale as much.

I’ve been looking for a specific charm and could not find it until I went here. The sales associate knew exactly which one I was talking about and had it in stock. I appreciated her patients and kindness with all my questions.

Grace was excellent as a sales person.

The associates were super fun and friendly and helped me find the exact ring I found on the website. They even gift wrapped it beautifully and we had a great conversation.

This Pandora had a great selection of merchandise. What made it an even better experience was Grace, our sales associate. She was very knowledgeable, assisted an gave great advice to my wife and was not pushy and overbearing. Overall, she made us feel like we needed to love the products and was not just there for the sale.
