The sales associate was very friendly and helpful in providing suggestions of charms for my bracelet. She worked with me in placing them so they would fit nicely. It was a lot of fun making choices and trying new charms.

I arrived at the store with 10 minutes until closing but the two associates did not make me feel rushed. Emily was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Emily was friendly and made my experience enjoyable. She made me want to return to this store to purchase more Pandora!

The associate helped me make a decision on which charm I wanted. Gave me a book to pick out my next charm, and sold me the cleaning kit to clean my jewelry since they couldn’t do it right now. Also, got my husband to buy me something extra.
