The salesperson, Emily, was genuinely enthusiastic about Pandora. I brought in my bracelet that is over 10 years old and she was excited to see all my retired pieces. She was very helpful in suggesting what was available and what would fit my desires in building a new bracelet. She knows the Pandora products well and I bought everything she suggested for me. I highly recommend she be acknowledged as doing a great job. I'd go back and ask for her.
