The customer service rep was patient. The store was clean and tidy. The rep sanitized a charm I bought that had been on display.

We were happily greeted upon entering the store. There was a sales associate available to help us right away. We didn't have to wait for the next available store associate. Everyone was wearing a mask and hand sanitizer was provided. The sales associate that helped us was nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

The sales associate treated my husband and I with much respect. They were very patient with my husband and I. They were very professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable of the products. We enjoyed our experience and I'm enjoying the purchase.
