I have never shopped at Pandora before so I had no idea what to expect. I wanted to get a gift for my sisters graduation and Kathy helped me pick something out. I got a teardrop necklace and it’s absolutely gorgeous and unique. I can tell it’s high quality too. I am very happy. Kathy was one of the best parts of the experience.
