Store was closed due to COVID-19, but was accepting orders via email. I contacted the store by email and received an immediate response. The store manager, Jennifer, said she had one of the charms in her store, but the safety chain I inquired about was at her store downtown. She didn't give me the address and call the other store like most sales associates, but she told me she would drive downtown and have it for me the following day. And she did exactly that! Jennifer was very kind and accommodating. She really took care of me and placed my Pave Open Heart spacer and safety chain on my bracelet. I will definitely recommend the Mt. Pleasant, SC store to my family and friends.

I feel this store is always clean and they know you if you gone in before to order. I was a little upset they are having computer issues and all my purchases were not showing but computers are hard somethings to get along with.
