I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my online purchase was ready. The sales associate offered to show me more Charleston charms available in the store. She also took the time to reorganize the charms on my bracelets.

The selection of sale items was awesome. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products. The sales associate was very polite and helpful. Emily did an excellent job of organizing the new charms that I purchased on my bracelet.

I walked in and Jessica greeted me with a smile and asked me that I was looking for. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t fully sure and she was able to have me try on charms and get the bracelet that was comfortable with me. Even helped my husband pick out ideas of what I wanted for our anniversary!
