The young lady helping us, Pattie, was so pleasant and so knowledgeable about the merchandise. I came in specifically for the new Harry Potter bracelet and she was able to find one last snitch bracelet and talk about some of the other pieces. She engaged us in conversation the entire visit and was very sweet.

Jen made sure that we were taken care of and took all different trays out for my mom and I. I was looking for a Christmas present for my future mother in law and she was very attentive to what I wanted. She also informed me of the promotion where I can spend $125.00 to get the bracelet.
