Bright store! Great newbie employee! Beautiful merchandise!

The customer service was immaculate. I thoroughly enjoyed how the associates interacted with me; taking the initiative to being more personable. The cleanliness & aura of the store was great.

Saleswoman was friendly and understood immediately what my needs were. She helped me select exactly what I needed. The only negative were several annoying black flies in the store.

Clerks are always polite and helpful. There’s never a time o go in this store and feel like I’m not invited to shop. And any questions I may have concerning items purchased or wanting to purchase in the near future isn’t answered professionally.

Maegan and the CSL on duty were both so sweet! I am in town from Dayton, OH visiting my boyfriend so I came to get an exclusive charm. Maegan quickly pulled the exclusives for me and was patient as I decided what I want. I have worked at the Pandora in Dayton OH for over 5 years so I have high standards when shopping/ traveling to other Pandora’s and these girls met my expectations! I even went back to buy the exclusive doodle charm for my boss.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were attentive to my needs. Megan assisted me in my selections and was very helpful.

Sales Associate was very helpful in helping me pick a "theme" for my charms without being pushy on what she would want for her charms.

I just love pandora. Every time that I pass by I always get a thing.

#1. The salesperson was very knowledgeable of the charms. #2. The salesperson was patient and very helpful. #3. The store was exceptionally clean. The only problem was that the birthstone charms are being discontinued.

Awesome customer service. They make you feel like family.
