We were greeted when we arrived and asked if we were looking for anything specific. We were so the associate immediately brought us to what we were looking for. She noticed me admiring another area of charms and that started a conversation if our likes and I ended up buying 3 extra charms because she had perfect charm suggestions for me based on our conversation.

We went to the store for a ring that my daughter wanted for her birthday. The sales associate was patient and helpful while she tried on rings. She was happy with her choice and the price was reasonable.
