I was highly satisfied with the ease of the location. I was in town for a conference and to be able to do shopping and not go to another location was great. The manager didn’t exchange my item, but showed me that another store placed the clips on incorrectly which led to the braclet feeling tight.

I love this Pandora Store, the owner is there, the associates are very friendly and helpful. They always clean and rearrange my bracelets, notice I said bracelets I have 4. And I love that she brings her beautiful dog to work, it's a happy place.
