This was my first time coming to Pandora and i have ad my bracelet for almost 2 years wt no charms or clips. I told the re what i was looking for and she took her time to help find what i wanted and needed. I left with 2 charms and 2 clips and was highly excited

My husband and I felt like we were being rushed. I really think she needs to slow down and take time with her customers. She was minding another saleswoman business in the store while she was working with us. Customer service is a big deal with me!!! We spent money on a bracelet that we don’t feel like she was thankful. We will return to Pandora but not sure that store.

I was able to find what I was looking for quickly. Everyone was super nice. I was on vacation.
