The store did not have much of a selection. I can buy online and use my teacher discount as well.

I was looking for charms for my daughter's necklace and it is no longer available. But I am very satisfied with Pandora products.

The product is getting a little tired. The sale did not include Disney or Marvel, which is what i came in for ("read the fine print"). Pricing is a little higher than anticipated.

Sales associate trained to ask "what charm are you looking for?" I think it's best for assoc to pull out random trays and start showing, most customers are window shopping.

No one is perfect

The associate was great!...Friendly, kind. I purchased my daughter a double leather wrap bracelet for Christmas. This is the 4th bracelet of this type we have purchased in our family. We can NOT open this one and we can NOT close this clasp. The associate was able to open it. I actually broke a nail in the store trying to open it and was never able to close it. We have never had this issue with the three other bracelets we own. The only solution was to purchase a clasp opener. I did, but I was not happy that this was the only solution offered. She did say I could come back and talk with someone else but i did not want to make another trip.

THE EXPERIENCE IS ALWAYS SATISFING I JUST THINK ITS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. HOWEVER MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD.

I was going to do the spend $150 to get a few bangle but they only had one size and it was tiny.

Associate was not familiar with the item I requested. She tried to tell me product was unavailable and did not exist. I had to pull item up online and show her it was available.

Felt that there were charm options we weren’t shown. Seems like a small store for a busy area of Mt. Pleasant. Would like to more charm options aimed towards teens
