I visited the Mount Pleasant store at the Towne Centre on September 11, 2021. The associate Regan was very professional, kind, friendly and she made my visit there a very pleasant one! I was very satisfied with the service she rendered! Thanks again Regan!!

I think the product are is to expensive. I was looking for a spacer that was cheaper than the prices that were at the store. I will probably buy everything else from Amazon.

Color of charm election was not available. The one sales clerk, 2 of which were available, stated she would not be able to clean my bracelet if other clients came. I was the only client in the store at the time. She then asked if I could leave the bracelet so she could clean it later. I said no. She then said her hands would get black if she cleaned my bracelet before showing me charms. This was the worst service I have ever received in any Pandora store. My bracelet values over $3500.00 with charms from Hawaii and across America. I would like a cleaning kit and gift card for $100.00 for enduring this horrible experience.

During our purchase the sales associate made us show our ID but it didn’t seem like the store’s policy. She made us feel like we were shady people.
