While standing by a display viewing items for purchase and waiting for an associate to assist us, we were told to "go wait over there" by another associate so she view the display with another customer. While I understand that we couldn't all crowd around the display for social distancing purposes, there was certainly a more professional way to ask us to move.

I was not highly satisfied during this visit because there didn't seem to be enough associates available to help the amount of customers in the store. As you can imagine, this caused a longer than normal wait time. Not a huge deal, just inconvenient.

There is always something new and fun to buy. I love looking at the Charleston charms at this location. I always leave happy amd excited to come back to this location. Love the displays there.

Store was limited to eight patrons at a time due to Covid 19. There were nine customers in the store, so I waited for two to exit and then waited inside for one of the four salespersons to be able to help me.

I was highly Satisfied because the sales person was very knowledgeable about he merchandise, she has been with Pandora for a while so she made it easy to fine what I needed.

If you are going to offer free gifts then at least have them available or offer a substitute. Had to travel 2 hrs to get the charm I wanted only to find out they didn't have the free bracelet. Very upsetting spent over 200 when I could have ordered last month at 35% off but waited for the free bracelet

It was fine, I enjoy shopping at this particular Pandora store. The customer service is always good and I thought Peyton was a great salesperson. I thought the bracelet I bought was a bit pricey and I was disappointed that the voucher I had was only for ten dollars off a minimum purchase of $100, I think you could be more generous with discounts for loyal customers.
