I felt rushed to make decisions on my purchase. I was purchasing a charm for my daughter as a gift and I felt like the sales associate wanted us out the store quickly. The store was not crowded by the way.

The selection wasn't what I expected, I will also try again due to the store had recently reopened due to pandemic.

Sales person seemed a little unwilling to pull out some of the items I was interested in. She open up to putting the item out toward the enfold of my transaction.

The amount of merchandise bought for the price was not enough. Each of these charms though well crafted is not for the amount you pay for each one. They are getting to be too expensive.

We came in looking for specific pieces. Rhonda sort of stepped up to lead the conversation, but everything that we asked for she said they didn't carry, or the new piece wasn't in store yet. Veronika spoke up thankfully and asked what we were looking for, then she pulled everything that we wanted. She was very helpful and we were thrilled that we could buy the pieces we were looking for.

If I wanted the Charleston SC dark blue back ground charm I had to wait 6 weeks. Also spent 1,055 and only got 160 discount. Had I know that was all I would get I would have split the order into several orders.

I was not greeted upon arrival. The sales person wasn't that friendly and appeared frustrated

I have problems insErtyy ear rings. On my last visit that sale associate showed how easy it is to it. This associate wants to report the other associate for helping.

I was unhappy because my bracelet broke right outside the warranty and there was nothing that could be done. they were advertising a promotion that was no longer available in this store
