Soon as I walked in the sales associate looked me up and down, sorry not dressed to your Mt Plastic standards. I was going to place an online order before coming in but my last visit I placed an online order and when I got to the store the manager basically chewed me out and told me not to order online next time. This time the associate flashed the charm at me so quickly, ready to pack it up and get me out, thanks lady! It’s a basic jewelry store, calm down ladies.

I fell I was not given my promotional discount correctly, and your brother/sister company that sells pandora products had a much larger selection to choose from even though your store only sells "Pandora" items only

I spent over 200.00 and the associate did not tell me about the free bracelet so I did not receive one. Also she did not suggest that I could spend a certain amount of money in order to get free interest on my purchases on my Pandora card. I’m not sure if she was new, but she pretty much gave us what we asked for and said Thank you!

My Pandora experience was very different from previous times. Jenni assisted me in Maeghan's absence. I had 5 items placed on hold from the day before and wanted to view a few more online before making a final purchase. Jenni was extremely kind and courteous and expressed that she was new when I inquired from my list. Patti saw that Jenni had two trays out at one time and told her that was not the policy of the store. I felt uncomfortable after viewing the slight embarrassed look on Jenni's face. After not much success with my list, I made my purchase from the items I had place on hold. While being rung up by Patti, she asked for a second form of id when I gave her my debit card. I was a little stunned only because she needed Maeghan's sale number and I provided my former receipts so that she could obtain the number. She said that cameras around and that she had to ask for this. This again made me feel some type of way. It's not what people say that you remember, it's how they make you feel. Loved my previous conversations either on the phone or in person with Rhonda, Jenni, Maeghan, and Jeffiner. You guys rock!!

I was expecting my two $125 purchase to be rung up separately (expecially since the store did not have availability of the item i purchase). I feel i should not have had to prepay for an item that was not available.

The associate was very helpful and nice, however, I got the sense that because I was returning merchandise, I was frowned upon. I had the jewelry in the original box, never worn with receipts.

My daughters and wife love Pandora and this is the first time that the associate was annoyed by disassembling and reassembling the bracelet, which is a pretty common practice in other shops.

It wasn't the store's fault. They weren't sent the promotional Tinkerbell jewelry boxes so I couldn't get one with my purchase even though it was advertised as coming with the purchase of all 5 new Tinkerbell pieces and it didn't say anything about being online only. I don't feel it's right to advertise something and then not provide it to the stores.
